Ensure your workshop runs smoothly
Assets requiring workshop attention are scanned, creating a workshop job at any stage of the delivery/collection process. Once scanned the item is displayed in the workshop module as a new arrival, which is then assigned to an agent for the chosen activity to be completed.
Every step of the process can be viewed on the TCES Community dashboard including but not limited to; initial job allocation, awaiting sign off and job completion.
