Enhanced Communication Platform
Our enhanced communication platform enables SMS messaging throughout your service. Using SMS messaging ensures response times to vital activities are responded to immediately.
Once activated, authorisers of equipment will receive authorisation requests on-the-go, speeding up all orders and in particular emergency orders, preventing admissions to hospital and improving discharge rates.
Failed delivery activities will also be reduced, as service users will be notifed when their order is scheduled, when it is released ready for delivery or collection and all other essential order updates.
