Streamline the wheelchair transfer whether at home or in clinic
Once a chair has been configured and the pre-delivery inspection has been completed a handover to service user is organised. Handover options can be arranged with an approved repairer or a clinician. A clinic or home handover can be selected depending on the needs of the service user.
The wheelchair handover process:
- Awaiting handover status
- Call service user to arrange an appointment
- Book handover and select appointment from the online diary that automatically updates to the approved repairer or clinicians schedule
