As Helpdesk Manager, Stuart is responsible for managing our customer support team. He ensures they are always meeting SLA agreements and response times are never exceeded. It is Stuart’s responsibility to ensure any issues or requests raised through our online ticketing system are escalated and rectified as soon as possible, making sure customers are updated throughout the process. Stuart works closely with the software development team to ensure our customers receive the system updates they require.
